Congestion Charge: The Congestion zone now covers Kensington & Chelsea. The charging hours are Mon - Fri 7am to 6pm. Charge £8 per day. The easiest way to pay is by calling 0845 900 1234. You can do this in advance of your journey, or up until 10pm on the day you travel. If you pay the following day the charge goes up to £10, after this your are sent a PCN for £100. We will have help available at the Festival if you need.
